Leadership Council

Church on the Hill is governed by a Leadership Council (LC) of 6 members, plus the senior pastor of the church who makes for a 7th member. The Church shall be governed on all matters by the Leadership Council, except for those reserved for the congregation. The congregation is required to vote on any candidate for senior pastor, and any changes to the by-laws of the church. LC members serve a 3 year term, and must rotate off at least for one year before serving again. While serving with the Leadership Council as a member, the pastor also serves under the authority of the LC.
