COTH Building Committee Update:

• As of 02/28/2025, the Balance in the Building Fund is $109,280.95
• We reviewed Aaron and Josh’s quote for remodeling the KOTH check-in area, which is $3,900.00. It is approved to be completed in three weeks.
• Approved request to address issues in the lady’s bathroom at the entrance. Scrape ceilings and paint ceilings and walls.
• Invited Wes Jones from Gentech to present his proposal to finish phase 1 KOTH wing.
• The Building Committee voted unanimously to contract with Gentech to finish the KOTH phases 1 and 2. He will be working with an Architectural firm as necessary for drawings and engineering specifications for appropriate licenses and permits.
  • Wes Jones has committed to providing $20,000.00 to the building fund. We are working with Elana to facilitate the KOTH project by VBS in July.
